StoriBuk generates children’s stories, illustrations, and optional videos and printed books for family use. We may change or pause features. Generated content is for personal, non-commercial family use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for everyone who uses your account, including children you hand the device to. Keep your sign-in details private.

You keep rights in the photos and text you upload. You grant StoriBuk a license to store and process that content, and to send it to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy, so we can make your stories. You are responsible for the likeness attestation you give when you upload a photo: only upload a photo of a real person if that person gave permission, or if you are the parent or guardian of a depicted child. We may remove content and suspend accounts when an attestation is false.

Do not use StoriBuk to create harmful, sexual, violent, or hateful content about children or anyone else, and do not try to bypass the children’s-story guardrails. We may refuse to generate, and may delete, content that fails those guardrails.

Paid plans bill monthly or yearly until you cancel. On the web, billing runs through Stripe; on iOS and Android, purchases run through the app store and follow the store’s billing and cancellation rules. A story credit makes one full storybook. Credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over unless the plan says they do. If you cancel, your finished stories stay in your library.

A story credit is consumed when its storybook finishes generating, so used credits are not refundable. Unused subscription time is not refunded when you cancel mid-period, except where the law or the app store requires it. Store purchases on iOS and Android follow the store’s refund process. If a story fails to generate, the credit returns automatically — contact [email protected] if it does not.

Printed books are made to order by our print partner and are charged at checkout, including shipping. Because each book is custom-made, print orders cannot be cancelled after production starts. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, contact [email protected] within 30 days and we will reprint or refund it.

You can delete your account at any time from the Family tab or the account deletion page. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. Sections about your content responsibility and payments survive termination.
