Permanently delete your StoriBuk account and personal data. This cannot be undone.
Before you delete
Your personal library and any family libraries you own will be deleted. Other members lose access to those family libraries. Families owned by someone else remain available to their members.
Apple and Google subscriptions are not cancelled by account deletion. Cancel your subscription in your app store to stop future charges. You can delete your account immediately without waiting for it to expire.

Delete in the app or on the web
Open Family → Settings → Delete account, or sign in on this page. Review what will be removed, then confirm Delete account permanently. You do not need to email or contact support.
What is erased
Deletion removes your account and personal library, including photos, characters, child profiles, stories, and reading activity. You receive an erasure receipt when deletion completes. Payment records may be retained where legally required; backup copies expire on their retention schedule.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it in your app store subscription settings to stop future charges. You can still delete your account immediately.
